"Bought a new Royal Star Venture in 2007. Best bike I ever owned except for the 1999 Royal Star that I traded in. Fantastic experience with Watts. Made my wife and I feel like they really appreciated my business. Service Dept is the best. Great products and great people to work with. Don't know if I'll ever need another bike but if I do you can bet it will be a Yamaha from Watts."

"Hello my name is Ramon Martinez. I just purchased a new V-Star 1100 Thursday. I just wanted to compliment on the outstanding service your store has. Trent went above and beyond great customer service. This was my first bike, and I was kind of scared when I found out I was approved to get one, but Trent was great. He spent some time with me in the parking lot going over the basics for about half hour. I had ventured off just a few more feet to show my friends at McWhorter's my new buy and Trent jumped on a bike to go around the block to make sure everything was alright. That was an amazing feeling to know that I wasn't just another sale and Trent was really concerned for my safety. Blake also did a great job going over the basics of the bike and the maintenance plan I purchased. You entire staff was very friendly and I look forward to bringing further business with you store.
